• A delegation from Asharqia Young Businessmen Council visits a number of official institutions in Riyadh on Sunday

    In a three-day tour: a delegation from Asharqia Young Businessmen Council visits a number of official institutions in Riyadh on Sunday.

     

    Asharqia Young Businessmen Council is organizing a working visit to the city of Riyadh, starting from Sunday (December 16, 2018) and continuing until Tuesday (18 December 2018) that is including the visit to a number of scientific and economic facilities in the capital.

     

    The delegation, which is headed by President of the Council Abdullah Al-Briqan, will also visit a number of official institutions such as the Industrial Development Fund, the Saudi Press Agency, the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises, the General Authority for Investment, the Shura Council, in addition to Misk Charity Foundation, and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Riyadh, where the delegation will meet with the Chairman and members of the Young Businessmen Council at Riyadh Chamber.

     

    The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asharqia Chamber, Abdul Hakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khalidi, said that the delegation of young businessmen that visits the capital Riyadh and meet with representatives of a number of official and civil authorities, as this embodies the principle of communication that adopted by the Chamber, specifically Asharqia Young Businessmen Council.

    He added, "We always seek to learn about and benefit from the experiences and the privatization of private sector, especially for small and medium enterprises."

    This visit and other previous and subsequent visits bear this goal and seek to achieve it.

     

    AlKhalidi said that the Chamber looks to the future, and seeks to explore the situation, and is working on the necessary plans.

     He said, "We are in the time of vision and the resulting challenges, which are the challenges of working for development, monitoring opportunities and achieving achievements."

    Therefore, communication and monitoring of experiences and exchange of views with various actors in economic activity appear at a high level of importance and necessity that to meet these challenges, as our great country has ambitions and hopes, and giant programs and projects that require all efforts and interact with all ideas and proposals.

    Al-Khalidi expressed his hope that this visit will be filled with the desired success and achieve the great objectives that Asharqia Chamber wants to achieve along the lines of the great successes of recent events and programs of the Council.

     

    For his part, the head of the delegation, and the Chairman of Asharqia Young Businessmen Council, Abdullah Al-Breikan, said that this visit, which the Council intends to implement to the capital Riyadh, is part of the Council's plans to transfer experiences and interact with them and falls under the program initiated by the Board in the last three years of visiting a number of countries with great experience in the interest of young entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises.

     

    Al-Breikan added that the parties intended to carry out the mission were carefully chosen.

    It is mainly because it is directly related to the private sector, especially young business people, as its experiences will have many benefits and positive results, which will be reflected in the performance of private sector institutions, especially those institutions entering the market recently, and supervised by young businessmen.

     

    Al-Breikan stressed that the Council, as it is conducting this tour, is starting to touch on all issues of interest to young businessmen and contribute to the development of their activity and increase the level of performance for them, so the program of the visit varied and multiple.

     

    Regarding the meeting of the delegation of the Council with their counterparts in the capital Riyadh, he said that this meeting is of great importance to the Council, "As we -the Council and the Chamber- are always keen to communicate with our colleagues in counterparts Chambers, Councils and Committees. We are one compound and our goal are one. We are partners in the homeland and economic activity, and we hope for more joint cooperation to serve the private sector in general in various regions of Saudi Arabia, we are all a sacrifice to this giving country."​
